INGREDIENTS:

  • 250gms Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 1 serving of unsalted-butter
  • 2tsp or to taste Stevia Sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chuck the salted roasted peanuts in to food processor and blend till it gets powdered.
  • Now, scrape down the sides of the food processor.
  • Keep scraping and processing for 3-4 minutes, until it gets creamed.
  • Add stevia sweetener and unsalted butter and blend again for 2-3 minutes until peanut butter gets thick and shiny.
  • Now, pour the peanut butter into a mason jar.
  • Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks (or maybe even longer).
