INGREDIENTS:
Basil Chicken Stir Fry
Oil 1/2 Cup
Chicken 500 grams
Garlic 2 Tb sp
Ground pepper 1/2 Tsp
Onion 1 sliced
Green chillies 3-4
Capsicum 1 medium
Basil leaves 50-100 grams
Salt to taste
Heat oil, add garlic, chicken and ground pepper.
Stir fry for few minutes then add chillies, capsicum and basil
Add salt as required
Garlic Rice
Boiled rice 2 Cups
Oil 1/4 Cup
Chicken Cube 1
Parsley 2 Tbsp
Garlic 3Tbsp
RECIPE:
In a seperate pot, heat oil and add crushed garlic
Add chicken cube and stir
Add rice, chopped parsley and mix gently
Steam for few minutes
