KETO COCONUT FLOUR BREAD | RECIPE | THE CIRCUIT LIVE

KETO COCONUT FLOUR BREAD- Gluten free bread in keto is the closest match to the traditional bread.

Keto diet, that has become very popular these days is a high fat, low carbohydrate diet. Dieters enjoy it because it allows the intake of fat rich foods and at the same time controls their overall intake and fuels their activity. Potential benefits of the Keto diet plan include weight loss as well as fat loss.

WHY COCONUT FLOUR IS ALLOWED IN KETOGENIC DIET?

Coconut flour is made from dried coconut pulp. When coconut milk is pressed, it leaves the coconut meat as a solid piece. This coconut pulp is then dried slowly at a low temperature to form flour.

Coconut flour is absolutely appropriate for the Keto diet. However, it is an ideal Keto flour because it is low in carbs and high in fiber. It is a gluten free and grain free flour and has low glycemic index which means rich in fiber. It promotes stable blood sugar along with aid in digestion. Those who are allergic to nuts can use this flour easily as it is a nut-free flour. Substitute to this flour is almond flour.

COCONUT FLOUR BREAD

Coconut flour bread is low in carbs and absolutely sugar free, nut free, gluten free, grain free and yeast free. This light, fluffy, keto friendly coconut bread is easy to make and can be stored at the counter-top due to the higher moisture content and can last 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
