CHICKEN CHEESE SAMOSA | RECIPE | THE CIRCUIT LIVE

Chicken & Cheese Samosa- Samosas are popular street food snack in Pakistan . This delicious desi fried snack is almost loved by every one even kids also love to eat samosas .

There are different varieties of samosas like potato samosa , beef mince samosa, macaroni samosa, potato-peas samosa, chicken mince samosa, cheese samosa,  chicken cheese samosa, sweet samosa etc.

The crispy and spicy deep fried snack that has a crispy and flaky outer layer made of All-purpose flour and rich filling inside, traditionally  served with green chatni (mint-coriander and green chilli sauce) and sweet- spicy tamarind sauce.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS

For Chicken Mince

  • Oil 2 Tbsp
  • 500 grams Chicken mince
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

For Stuffing

  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Onions Finally Chopped
  • 4-6 Green Chilies Finally Chopped
  • Samosa or Spring Roll Pastry
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • Oil to Fry

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add 1table spoon garlic paste, ground chicken and cook for  15 minutes.
  • Add 1 table spoon salt, 1 table spoon chilli powder and 1 table spoon chilli flakes and cook till chicken and spices incorporates well.
  • Cool  the mixture
  • In a bowl add cooked chicken, green chillis,1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and 1chopped onion and mix well.
  • Make a thick paste of 2 table spoon flour with some water for sticking pastry.
  • Now fold a samosa pastry in triangular shape and add 2 table spoon of  mixture in it , stick  the flour paste at the end and fold the samosa.
  • Make the rest with the same procedure.
  • Now, heat oil in  pan and fry samosas until golden brown and serve hot with the sauce of your choice
