How much Cheese is too much Cheese?

Cheese is a food that’s incredibly popular and used in many different kinds of cuisines around the globe, whether it’s a pizza or a fondue. It comes in different varieties that showcase distinct flavors and colors. ALL ABOUT MEAT THE CHEESE.
In fact, there’s an evidence that the proteins and fats in cheese make it addictive. One must praise the Lord for creating cows because they give us CHEESE man!
Being a cheese fiend, Team Circuit couldn’t resist themselves visiting MEAT THE CHEESE, an eatery which was established in 2017, at Bukhari Commercial, DHA Phase 6 Karachi. Lately it’s one of the go to places for Cheese Lovers.
As the name indicates, this restaurant has been hyped for their unique Cheese Slab Style served right on your table. It is an urban cheese cellar lounge and a steakhouse, serving over 12 different kinds of organic, unprocessed cheese. The restaurant specializes in the art of combining various kinds of cheese with finest cuts of meat, an absolute heaven for a cheese gourmand.
Ambience
As soon as we set our eyes on the simple yet vibrant sign we knew we were in for a treat. The interior and exterior decoration has a modern rustic feel to it. With extremely comfortable chairs and dim lighting along with walls covered with cheese and meat related puns.
THEIR MENU…?
Looking at their menu, it has everything your heart desires. Their wide menu itself speaks of the efforts & years of research been done over cheese and everything related to it.
While being well researched the menu is short and we were surprised to see how easy it was to select a dish according to the categorization.
Since, everything in their menu appears jaw dropping, so our confused minds headed to their oh-so-kind staff who helped us in selecting their big hits. Having said that, they literally offered something jaw locking, – something my taste buds can still sense it damn! Pictures attached to spice up the game.
Firstly, we ordered their starter Cheesy Chick on the Stick. It consists of saucy chicken skewers gently placed over the crispy fries and topped with melted Raclette cheese. This was a certainly a game changer!
Old Fella Mozzarella was the second starter and it basically has classic deep-fried mozzarella sticks accompanied with spicy marinara sauce to spice up your taste buds.
Next up their most hyped Deep-Fried Pride. This contained deep fried chicken stuffed with three different types of cheese topped with flavorful Parmesan cheese.
This was the star! The chicken was overall, tender and juicy. The cheese was dripping out of fillet, enough to satisfy your cheese cravings.
Then we ordered their sandwich which elevated our mood, so is the name Feeling Sandwiched. Flake-crusted breads having grilled chicken fillet in-between with ice-berg lettuce, tomato slices, bocconcini & yellow cheddar cheese served with fries.
Moreover, let’s not forget about their super-popular pasta Raise the Steak. A bed of fettuccine cooked in cheese and herb flavored cream sauce, topped with fine slices of beef steak. Most importantly, this dish will definitely fulfill your steak and pasta cravings simultaneously.
Refreshments
Lastly, we tried oh-so-light yet refreshing drinks which included their Brazilian Punch, Mojito and Mint margarita. Refreshing, light and fruity. There were exactly what we needed after such a heavy meal.
In other words, Meat the Cheese is a good addition to eateries of Karachi, a wonderful cheesy place with delightful ambiance. The best thing about their food is that it never disappoints you. Furthermore, it is perfect for a casual, hearty dine out with friends and family. and certainly is, a place worth visiting.
