MICROWAVE BROWNIE IN 5 MIINUTES- Who doesn’t like Brownie? The brownie is likely to be one of the most loved baked desserts in the world. The origin of the Brownie is thought to be American.

Chocolate is a symbol of love, happiness, relaxation, joy and optimism. The best way to cherish some one is by giving them a box full of chocolates or bake a cake or brownie for them. Well to be honest it does not required any special  occation to bake a brownie.

Brownie can either be cakey or fudgy .The Cake-style brownie  is that with the consistency of a cake, only richer and denser. On the other hand, fudge-style brownie is more like fudge than cake. It is the richer, denser, and creamier version of the brownie. What determines the style of brownie is the ratio of flour to chocolate and/or cocoa

It is definitely possible to bake  brownie in microwave oven as a quick alternative to conventional gas or electric oven baking. Baking in microwave require less time than conventional gas or electric oven. Microwaves also use less electrical power than conventional type electric ovens.

MICROWAVE BROWNIE IN 5 MIINUTES- Come on, let’s get started

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanila essence
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 200gms milk chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl sift all the dry ingredients all-purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and set aside

In another large bowl, crack 2 large eggs and add sugar,vanilla essenceand vegetable oil and beat till it becomes light and fluffy and all the sugar dessolves

Now add the dry ingredients in to wet ingredients and with the help of spatula  fold the batter till all combines

Add 160 grams milk chocolate chunks in the batter and fold again.

Line a microwave safe dish with parchment paper and pour all the  mixture in it and on top sprinkle some milk chocolate chunks.

Place the mixture filled dish in microwave and bake on maximum  power for about 5minutes or until the tooth pick come out clean.

Take out the brownie and let them cool for 15 minutes and than you are ready to cut these browniese in slices.

Note: Microwave baking time vary so if you think 5 minutes are not enough for your brownie bake them few minutes more and always do a tooth pick test before taking out the dish
