PANCAKE INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup All-Purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp. Castor sugar
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- Oil/Butter for greasing
FOR TOPPING:
- Maple Syrup
- Powdered Sugar/ Caster Sugar
- Chopped fruits (Banana, strawberry, Peach)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crack one egg in a large bowl and beat it with the help of whisker or fork.
- Pour Milk , Flour , Baking powder, Baking soda, salt and sugar and mix the batter till it gets thick and no lumps left.
- Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes to get a fluffy pancake.
- Now, grease and heat the pan very hot and with the help of measuring cup pour the batter on the hot pan . Make sure that you use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Once you see bubbles popping up on the pancake, flip the side and cook it for 40 seconds or 1 minute depending on how much golden pancake you want.
- Once all thee pancakes are cooked serve it with dusted powdered sugar, maple syrup and any chopped seasonal fruit.
- This recipe makes about 4 pancakes.
