RESTAURANT STYLE BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE- The buffalo wing was invented in 1964 at the anchor bar in buffalo, NewYork by Teressa Bellissimo. They are traditionally served hot, along with celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese dressing or, primarily outside of Newyork, ranch dressing for dipping.

Lets start making RESTAURANT STYLE BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS:

 FOR BUFFALO WINGS

  • Chicken wings with skin 10 to 12 pieces
  • 1 cup All-Purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper powder

FOR BUFFALO SAUCE:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • 1tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Coat chicken wings in dry ingredients twice.
  • Heat oil and fry chicken wings.
  • In a pan add butter and melt it add black pepper powder, garlic powder and hot sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes
  • Your buffalo sauce is ready to serve with buffalo chicken wings.
Note:

Make sure to use chicken wings with skin on to get ultra crispy wings.
