Each hour weather changes every where ,it gets windy or sunny or rainy or snowy depends on the region. Though meteorologists developed local and regional weather forecasts to predict daily and future Weather but sometimes it gets unpredictable. Although, forecast helps in knowing if there any storm is expected, where is it located and how close it is , and when will it hit the region.

Fact 1: The weather influences migration patterns: 

The weather and climate are responsible for migration patterns in both humans and animals. With time climate is changing fast with increasing temperatures throughout the globe. These changes are not uniform , unpredictable and continuous rainfall, higher temperatures and other increase in extreme weather events has really influenced the migration patterns. Although, human migration is a very complex issue, and for which there is not a single satisfactory explanation.

Although, Lightening looks spectacular but it is extremely hot and the impact of lightening strikes are very dangerous. It can cause burns, memory loss, dizziness and cardiac arrest in humans and easily destroys trees in no second.

At the time lightning strikes, it is 4 times hotter than the sun. Lightning is an electrostatic discharge, supercharged from ionized air, and as it finds its way to earth, it releases massive bolts of electricity. Each bolt can contain up to billion volts of electricity. Lightning can heat the air as it passes through to 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit which is 5 times hotter than the surface of the sun.

Fact 5: The hottest temperature recorded was in Greenland Ranch in Death Valley, California on July 10, 1913:

Greenland Ranch in Death Valley, California recorded the highest temperature ever on July 10, 1913, with the temperature hitting a record 7°C (134°F). It is the land of extremes and breaks all time world’s heat record. Death Valley, in terms of temperature is considered as one of the most hottest places on earth.

Fact 6: The lowest temperature recorded was on July 21, 1983, in Vostok, Antarctica:

Vostok, Antarctica has less sunlight exposure, dry air, more snowy and freezing temperature due to which it is known as ‘World Pole of Cold’. On the flip side, the lowest temperature ever recorded was on July 21, 1983, in Vostok, Antarctica, with the temperature hitting as low as -89.2°C (-128.5°F).

It is considered as the coldest place on Earth. Surviving their, with extreme deadly and harsh weather is very difficult.

It is like river and lakes when exposed to extreme weather conditions, they start freezing into ice due to cold air.

Rain gauge is the first and oldest weather measuring device . It was first used around 500 BC by Ancient Greeks and 400 BC by Indians to keep rainfall records.

Fact 10: Heavy snowfall can completely diminish visibility:

Heavy snowfall or a whiteout, makes it incredibly difficult to see, and can also make you feel sick. In Antarctica, snowfall is so hard sometimes, that you are not able to see your hand in front of your face.
